One double bed and single bed (plus extra if necessary for family) with ensuite Bath and WC.
Breakfast not served before 9.30 am. You can also self cater with space in my fridge and use of Kitchen and living room. I call it "Bed and Breakfast That Isn't" Nightly rate reduced if staying more than one night.

Rates:
One person 45 euro night. 2 people 50 euro. 3 people in room 60. 4 people in room 65 euro.
Price for second night 5 euro reductions.

Activities and attractions nearby:
Beach 15 minutes drive. 7 golf courses between 15 - 45 minutes drive. Riding, Sand sailing. Historical interest. Walking. Relaxing

Meals:
Continental breakfast with Coffee or Tea.
